How does Fair Go billing work?
We will process your application and contact you with directions for accessing your control panel within 24 hours. (or on Monday if this is a weekend) Normally your first payment will be prorata from setup day until the end of the month, and be due immediately. All accounts are monthly in advance, and fall due on the first of the month. We accept cheques in Australian Dollars, or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Aust or NZ Bankcard only) via our secure payment facility. We also have Direct Debit facilities available.
Conditions: We have the integrity of our other clients' vservers to protect, not to mention our reputation as good netizens. Fair Go Communications pty ltd does not accept sites for hosting that are "adult" in content, or that promote any illegal or undesirable activity. Fair Go Communications reserves the right to determine what is "undesirable" and to terminate your hosting after one admonition. Spamming is strictly prohibited. If we find you are sending mass unsolicited email, or directing people to a Fair Go hosted domain using spam email, you have violated the terms of our agreement, and your vserver will be deleted forthwith. There will be no refund. We require 30 days written notice before closure of a Fair Go hosting plan.

Unconditional 30-day money back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your fair Go hosting plan* or for any reason you need to request a refund from accounts@fairgocom.net.au by the 30th day from your setup day. Your first minimum payment will be for the balance of this month, plus next month. Your second payment will be invoiced on the first of next month, to be paid before the following month begins. If you have paid by Credit Card the refund would be by a credit to your card of the same amount of Australian Dollars that Fair Go Communications had received.
