It's not about the technology...

I hope you don’t find that pompous.  I hate ostentatious “Mission Statements” that sound like they were the product of some arty boardroom think-tank! – Mr Fair Go

Probably you’d agree that too many people concentrate on the fancy technology.  Then they ignore the real meaning of what they should be doing with their marketing.  To convey a thought, a feeling, to the mind and heart of their prospective clients.  And their existing clients too, since there are many others who are circling, shark-like, actively trying to poach your customers every day.
